Go to the UPMC website:  http://ccehs.upmc.edu/. Once there, click on the Credit Transcripts tab at the top of the screen. When you get to the Credit Transcript page, click on the View Credit Transcript button at the bottom of the page. From there it will take you to a screen asking for your SSN, name, and dates of attendance. When this information is entered, click on the Search for Transcripts button, and it will bring up your transcripts to view or print. You may need to scroll down the page in order to see your transcripts. Once you have your transcripts, you can submit them to the organization or agency from whom you are requesting credit.]
